"Haus Georgina", not far from the old town of Sassnitz Other things to note The "Haus Georgina" is located not far from the old town of Sassnitz and not far from the city center on Seestraße /corner of Hafenstraße. In just a 2-minute walk, you are directly at the Sassnitz harbor with its excursion boats, the pier and numerous restaurants. You can also quickly reach the shops and restaurants. Jasmund National Park with its endless beech forests is about 400 meters away. The "Haus Georgina" was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018. There are a total of 4 residential units on staggered levels and floors. A parking space is not part of the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the public, large parking garage at the city harbor, which is only about 200 m away. Or you can look for a public parking space in the surrounding area. Right in front of the house there is a parking strip on Hafenstraße, where you can park hourly (with parking disc), so that loading and unloading is conveniently possible. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a total of 3 rooms on about 100 sqm of living space: one bedroom with double bed; one bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people; a living-dining room with flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen and a storage room. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.  The apartment has a parking space at the house.
