One block to the best restaurant/bar in town, Gino's, and 2.5 blocks to Portage Lake. The 4-unit 100 yr old building is very quiet, at the end of a dead end street, with a church yard next door. Note: The kitchen sink & shower are basic / older, typical for this former mining town. It's not new sterile, but upgraded student housing. One bed is child sized. The space My fraternity brother, Jeff, is the on-site manager of the building, and lives downstairs in apt 1. There are retired folks living in the building, so it is very quiet - no parties - We are walking distance to several bars and restaurants which are all open late.
