This home is the same as every home in Tahoe Donner. The rules have changed and all homeowners who rent short term must abide by the same rules. There is absolutely NO smoking (of anything) allowed anywhere in or on the entire property and anywhere on Tahoe Donner Property. QUIET HOURS - Tahoe Donner has implemented quiet hours after 10 pm. Any violation may result in a $500 fine that will be taken from your security deposit. Please be mindful of our neighbors and how sound echoes and do not make loud noise, talk outside, play loud music after 10 pm. LIGHT POLLUTION - Please no exterior lights on past 10PM (unless needed for safety). Any violation may result in a $500 fine that will be taken from your security deposit.
