Stylish summerhouse with a terrace overlooking the lake from every window of the house. The house is renovated from an old garage , in earlier days it was used for storing granddad's tractor. There are two beds (one double, one queen) in an open style studio, walk-in shower and all modern everyday conveniences. Location is very scenic as the house is located on a peninsula overlooking the Ildza lake, countryside and a village. Living room with kitchen abounds with dining table and a relaxing chairs with views of the lake from panorama windows. Summerhouse has a fully equipped, simple kitchen with kitchen appliances. There is no oven, however there is a stove, a BBQ and a fridge. Spot offers you 2 bedrooms with 160x200 wide mattresses (one of the rooms has no doors) and a bathroom, and outdoor terrace for lounging. This space is ideal for a small family and couples alike. The space is for 4 persons (5 if one of them is a child less than 5 years old, who can sleep in a crib) Summerhouse in summer months doesn't have a heating, but we provide our guests with heaters if they are needed because of the weather.
