Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. Driveway side of house patio with two chairs, table and BBQ with propane tank, larger grassy area for kids or dogs to play. Lakefront: large deck over looking lake, large sandy beach, 4 Muskoka chairs, 4 sun loungers, propane fire table (propane provided), 2 kayaks, with paddles, 1 stand up paddle board, with paddle, 1 medium life jacket, 2 large-extra large life jackets, 4 folding camp chairs, and 6 beach towels available. Guest access Entire access to the cottage, yard and beach. Beach is private, not public, the neighbours are close, so please don't venture down the beach too much. Other things to note Guests who book accept all risks and liabilities associated with the use of the property, the cottage, and the amenities, including, and not limited to the water sports equipment, and lake/beach use.
