Cozy home in Spring Hill with a Single bedroom.
Description
I do live here too, so welcome! My home is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a park. I have a lot of natural light, a back deck with a serine view of Pittsburgh neighborhoods and the sunrise. The home is eclectically decorated. Your bedroom is a bit more calmly decorated with the same view as the deck and the morning sun. Located minutes from the Point, downtown's cultural distric, museums, the strip district and even closer to the Stadiums (both PNC Park and Heinz Field). The space Between the front porch for your morning coffee or the back deck for nightly drinks this place is my favorite! I Inside the home is a cozy collection of blankets, pillows, and color. You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry... whatever you need. Make yourself home away from home. Guest access You are welcome to every part of my home, except of course my bedroom. Kitchen, dining room, living room are downstairs. Laundry is in the basement, and bathroom and bedroom is upstairs. There is plenty of street (parallel) parking out front. During your stay If your more of a socializer I'm around for some hang out time too but honestly I work a lot so in general I'll be out of your hair. I have recently been acquired by a dog. She is very excitable and loves people but after her first meeting she settles down. She has the general run of the house but she loves people. There are always treats out for guests to help make friends if you’re a little apprehensive, or just want to spoil her. Other things to note I do have a dog. She is a recent development of a rescue pup. She is gentle and cuddly and loves people but is very energetic and can be a bit “in your face” when first meeting her but loves to meet people and we are working on not jumping. Though she listens and loves she is A LOT of dog so If dogs make you nervous, this is probably not the Airbnb for you.
