The suite is part of a working ranch located on the outskirts of Sutter, a quaint country town where you’ll often see more people on horseback and side-by-sides at the general store. The suite has all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. A comfortable queen-size bed with a luxurious private bathroom opens to the living room with a 55” TV and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, and a small eat-in table. Additionally, the space has a wet bar, pool table, and washer/dryer. Come, take in life at the ranch, go horseback riding, or see the animals we’re raising; Angus steers, Mangalitsa pigs, Spanish goats, hens, and horses. The ranch has easy access to several hiking trails and we’re minutes from top-notch bird watching at Gray Lodge Wildlife Area. The Sutter Buttes are the smallest mountain range in the United States. The Buttes offer their own unique experience. You can hike, bike, flyover, or drive through the Buttes. You can also visit near by attraction such as wild life refuges, historic downtown Marysville where some of the first gold miners lived. Take time to fish the Yuba, Feather, and Sacramento rivers or hunt the pacific fly way for waterfowl. Getting around is easy. The ranch is centrally located and nearby cities such as Yuba City and Marysville offer all the conveniences that most are accustom to. There is plenty of parking.
