Condo in Corpus Christi

Condo is 420sq ft. You will find a fully equipped kitchen w/microwave, fridge, and Keurig. We provide linens, towels and bathing products. Gated covered parking, two very nice pools, and a BBQ area. Enjoy the high speed WiFi. 2 TVs w/cable in living room and bedroom The space First floor, accessible by stairs and elevator. The complex is undergoing construction , and there may be noise onsite. If you require silence, this complex is not for you. There is NOT a hot tub onsite. The hot tub was converted in to a smaller pool due to abuse. We are in full compliance with the City of Corpus Christi's Short Term Rental licensing. Our license number is 305204 and is posted in our condo. Due to fire code and complex rules, this condo can only accommodate a maximum of 6 people, 4 ADULTS MAX. This condo is 420 sq ft in size but fully equipped. Our condo is located on North Beach in Corpus Christi, which puts you just steps away from the sun, sand and salt water. Corpus Christi is a lively town with many fun attractions for visitors, if you can tear yourself away from the beach long enough. Our guests enjoy beautiful views of Corpus Christi bay from the condo balcony. Visit the USS Lexington, Texas state Aquarium, Beach Attractions and great restaurants such as Yo’s, Black Beards, Balis Bar & Grill, and Capri Restaurant which are located within a few minute walk from the condo. Just across the Harbor bridge there is down town Corpus Christi with its fantastic beach walks, shopping, restaurants and numerous bars with many local events. Once an animal is found to be in a unit, the Front Desk will make two (2) attempts to notify the owner of the unit.
