Talon Resort is a rustic new home nestled in the gorgeous Appalachian Mtns! Only a short drive to family-friendly activities like Ski Beech & Ski Sugar Mountains, The Roan Mountain State Park, The Appalachian Trail, Watauga Lake, App State University, golf courses, antique shopping & more! You’ll love my place because of the breathtaking views, cozy features and absolute peace & quiet. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business retreats, families (with kids), and groups up to 12. The space This gorgeous new home is the perfect mountain retreat! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is ample space for families and groups of up to 10 very comfortably! The main level hosts the spacious master bedroom with King-sized bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom with toilet room, double sinks, marble shower and a luxurious claw-foot bathtub. The living room hosts a spectacular view of the mountainous surroundings; be sure to look out for some Tennessee Wildlife of Whitetail Deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, Bald Eagles and more! Complete with two copper sinks and granite countertops, the fully-equipped kitchen holds everything you may need to cook up a feast! Guests are welcome to dine inside, or take advantage of the outdoor table on the back porch to enjoy your meals with the amazing meadow views. The upstairs loft features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with two Full beds. The loft bedrooms share the full-sized bathroom and reading nook that lies between the two spaces. NEW! Electric Vehicle charger available for use inside Garage! Guest access Guests are allowed to access all areas of the home, EXCEPT where doors are locked or otherwise noted inside the house. Other things to note All first-time guests of the Talon Resort must pick up the house keys IN-PERSON at an area business. The Registered Guest must present their government-issued ID to receive the house keys. There is an Guest Fee of $15 per night per extra guest(s) over 6 guests. Please be sure to input the correct number of adults and children when making your reservation. The location is on a gravel road and four wheel drive vehicles will be required if snow or ice conditions are present or in the forecast.
