For business or pleasure, you will experience the history of lovely Winona Lake staying in our GuestHouse suites next to the heart of the Village. A short walk up hill to Grace College, or a short walk to visit the shops and restaurants, Spring Fountain Park graces your view. Winona Lake park and public beach, new splash pad and ice skating rink, tennis, picklball, and basketball courts, paved walking/bike trails, and mountain bike trails, all within walking distance. Our guest suites are nestled into the hill, built in 2015. Each private suite has it's own entrance and balcony to watch the beautiful Winona Lake sunset, with comfortable bed, sofa sleeper, private bath, and fully equipped kitchenette. Many convenient amenities are added to make your stay as cozy as possible. When weather is suitable and not already in use, a fire pit is available for guest use. (Make sure smoke is not blowing towards nieghbors houses and noise is kept low when using the firepit.) Inquire about the use of our bicycles, tennis racquets, or basketballs. We live close by if needed. The Guesthouse on Terrace is located on a historic street at the base of the hill leading to Grace College and next to Winona Heritage Room and Spring Fountain Park. You will be able to live like a local and enjoy the views of the park and The Village At Winona with all its hustle of activities in the summertime. During the winter months, enjoy ice skating at the new (2023) Miller Sunset Pavilion. Take a short walk across Park Avenue to visit the quaint shops and get coffee and pastry or breakfast at the LightRail coffee shop. There is a set of historic cement steps that lead up to the entrance of suites A & B, but the sidewalk also serves as a ramp if minimizing steps is a concern. One private parking space per suite are available for our guests. Other public parking is available a short walk across the park or along Park Avenue. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11 am. This time may be flexible depending on the room shedules.
