A Weber Spirit II propane grill , hot tub , table with umbrella and chairs are on the deck. Beau Ridge has two sleeping rooms, one with a queen bed , TV, and a picture window facing the valley, the other room , a den has a queen bed. Guest access the basement is unfinished, locked with owners's storage and not available to guests Other things to note Please bring a fire log or bundle of split wood if interested in burning the fireplace.
