Log Home on Echo Lake

Beautiful, four bedroom log home (sleeps eight) on Echo Lake in the Muskokas. We have 227 feet of shoreline with a large dock, and 60 acres of forest to wander at your leisure. The space Bed and bath linens will be provided. The kitchen has a good variety of small appliances for all of your baking needs: an electric griddle (and one for use on the gas stove), Vitamix, crock pot, Kitchenaid stand mixer, hand mixers, toaster and microwave. There is a gas BBQ on the deck. Guest access Guests can rent the entire home. We have a large, screened-in Muskoka room with fireplace, a deck overlooking the lake, and a fire pit and patio closer to the lake. Other things to note We have two kayaks and a paddleboard and life jackets (adult/child) for your use. PLEASE NOTE - Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own. The snowmobile and ATV trails are a stone's throw from the house. We also have four sets of adult snowshoes and two sets for children that you are welcome to use to explore the area. We hope you all have a wonderful time on Echo Lake. All we ask is to be respectful, maintain the space in a clean manner and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. HOUSE RULES Please note: if house rules are not followed you may be subject to termination of stay and/or extra fees. No parties or events. Max 8 people day and night. No pets allowed. No loud music or noise after 9:00 PM. No smoking inside the house or the Muskoka room. All male and female hygiene products must be disposed of in the garbage, as well as any cooking oils. Only toilet paper to be flushed as the house runs on a septic system and anything else can damage or stop the septic system from working. Between April and October, no fires are allowed before 6 pm. Check with local fire bans/rules before using the fire pit. If not followed you can be fined up to $5000 (By-Law). All garbage and recycling must be taken with you or be dropped at the Baysville landfill site on Brunel Road. Permit Number STR-2025-85
