Our home is family-friendly, in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Big back yard overlooked by a new large deck with patio furniture that seats 10 and gas grill. 4 bedrooms (3 King- 1 queen ), extra couches, 4 TV's (3 in bedrooms) and 54" TV in a family room, pool table, fully equipped kitchen and more. The space The entire house with 4 beds (each in seperate rooms) are available for your use. It is comfortable home and user friendly with lots of extras. We have fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large deck with gas grill. Exercise room with tread mill, exercise ball, and exercise bike. Lots of board games, kids toys, basketball court and pool table. Only registered guests and no pets allowed in home unless approved by host ahead of time. Other things to note We have a very comfortable family-friendly home with a large deck and grill, finished basement with pool table. It is a great base close to shopping entertainment, great restaurants. We are within minutes of Cincinnati Open tennis tournament, Kings Island Amusements, second largest indoor pickleball courts in America called Pickle Lodge, Voice of America which is home to numerous scoccer and baseball tournaments. VOA country music festival 5 minutes away in the first part of August, too. We are 20 minutes from Bengals Stadium, Reds Baseball, FCC scoccer, Ohio river and so much more. Please be extra mindful of being quiet in front of the house and not have more than 4 cars? No get togethers with more than 12 people at a time. Quiet time is 11pm. Thank you for understanding.
