Amazingly spacious and comfy home (2,700 sq. feet) with hot tub/pool, beautiful park direclty across the street, and Davis' famous greenbelt two minutes outside the front door. Close to shopping yet quiet as can be on a great residential street! Wonderful open kitchen area with four bar stools cozy up nicely to the counter for great socializing. This is all adjacent to the family room, which is a great place to relax, watch TV, listen to music, play any numer of great games we have collected over the years, or read a nice book. We are right next to the Davis greenbelt which is a walking/biking path that meanders throughout the town for over 20 miles. Our home is next to some of the most beautiful parts of the greenbelt. We have a ping-pong table and foosball table for fun times.
