The chef kitchen features a Thermador 6 burner stove top, a Sub Zero Fridge and a custom center island . Fill your water bottles up through the kitchen facet as it is run through a filtration system and safe to drink. Host a movie night in the open living area, where a sectional sofa and 75-inch smart TV with Roku guest mode await. The cozy nook by the bay window is ideal for reading. Downstairs, the primary suite has a California king bed, a walk in closet, a smart tv and access to the patio through french doors. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed, a smart tv, and direct balcony access. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower with a Jolie filter showerhead , and a half bath provides added convenience. The patio area features a propane grill and outdoor dining table for 6. The fenced in pool and spa has a lovely shaded gazebo area and lounges for sunning. There is parking in the driveway for one larger vehicle or two smaller. Please park single vehicle at an angle like the photos in the description. There is no street parking included with the rental. Two hours of free street parking is permitted during the day NO parking on street after 6pm You will be towed The home is accessed through a private gate and then down one flight of stairs to the courtyard. With the exception of the garage and the office, the entire home is available for guests. I will be available 24 hours a day during your stay. I’m here to make your vacation as pleasant as possible :) Quiet hillside neighborhood Access to the home is via a flight of exterior stairs Driveway parking is available for one large car or two small cars. Two free hours of street parking is available during the day. NO parking on the street after 6:00 pm is permitted. This is a family friendly property in a quiet neighborhood. There are absolutely no parties or inappropriate behavior. Any guests who ignore these policies will be expelled immediately. There is a charge for heating the pool. October -May $75 a day June-September $50 a day Please note in the summer-you may not needed it heated at all dependant on our beautiful California sunny weather :). The hot tub is always free of charge HIGH FIRE HAZARD ZONE The city of LA has decreed this property to be a high fire hazard zone and no smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the house This includes the pool area and the backyard. The kitchen sink water is run through filtration system so it is safe to drink The pool and spa are used at your own risk The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents or mishaps. The pool does not have a lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times. Although we love all animals we are highly allergic and cannot allow any animals, including service animals, in the home. Airbnb is aware and does have relative documentation from us making us exempt even from service animals, as it is a threat to our health. There will be a $500 charge levied if there are any animals noted on the property and in the house But please, do not bring your animals-it is almost impossible to clean thoroughly and we are HIGHLY allergic. We greatly appreciate your consideration to our health. Note: Minimum renters age is 25
