Our property has 3 bedrooms with the following bed sleeping arrangements: - 2 Twin bedrooms with 3ft beds - 1 Single with 3ft bed Living Room - The living room has a sofa bed which can be made up upon request.  The sofa bed will be used as a sofa by default - not a sofa bed.  Please note: If your group requires the sofa bed, we ask you kindly to request this at the point of booking your reservation.  If you arrive at the property and have not requested for the sofa bed to be made up, we can not guarantee that our housekeeping team will be available to attend the property. Unless requested otherwise, our beds and sofas will always be in the default arrangements Guest access You will have exclusive access to the house and garden during your stay. We will leave you to enjoy your stay, but are easily contactable should you need us. Other things to note We require the lead guest to sign our T&C's and submit a government issue ID for verification. We monitor our properties remotely with noise sensors and video doorbells.
