House with 4 Bedrooms, accommodating up to 15 guests: Mountain house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, two fireplaces, refrigerator, stove, and washing machine. Spacious living room with sofas, game table, and bar, perfect for enjoying the mountain atmosphere. Perfect location in the mountains of Itaipava. Supermarkets, pharmacy, and butcher within 15 minutes by car. On-site caretaker lives in an annexed house. Wood-fired sauna (takes about 1 hour to heat). Beach Tennis court for children and adults (grass). Bed linens, towels, and pool towels provided. 1 km of dirt road to access the property. Recommendations: 1 bath towel per guest is provided. Feel free to bring your own pool towel! Nights can be cold at the property; we recommend warm clothes and socks to enjoy the fireplace. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided; for longer stays, please bring extra. Fondue pots are available for use. Firewood can be purchased directly from the caretaker. Our trusted housekeeper can be hired to assist with cleaning and meals. Please take care of our property and enjoy your stay! IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for accidents in the pool or other areas of the property. Always supervise children and the elderly. We are not responsible for accidents involving nature and animals (e.g., ants, mosquitoes, spiders). Please do not enter the garden. It is not available for guest use. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. The property is large, but loud noises can disturb neighbors. The property is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Pets allowed: maximum 2 per stay.
