Como Bungalow Upper Suite w/Private Half Bath

Located in close proximity to downtown Saint Paul with easy access to 35E and 94, this cozy little bungalow offers a clean, quiet, and comfortable abode while in Saint Paul. The house is located about two miles from Como Lake, Zoo and Conservatory, and is also a quick and easy drive to several nearby suburbs including Roseville, Maplewood, and Woodbury. This home has everything you will need for the duration of your stay! The space There is a fully-stocked kitchen in the home so that you can shop locally and prepare meals during your stay if so desired. You can also relax or read a book in the sunny living room that features a large bay window which lets in ample amounts of natural light. The spacious bedroom spans the entire upper level of the home bedroom boasts trendy furnishings and decor so that you will feel comfortable and at-home whether you are staying for three nights or three months! The room also features an en-suite private half bath (toilet and sink, no shower). There is an area for sleeping and also an outer room with a workspace. Both areas are completely private! During your stay I do not live onsite but I have a property manager and maintenance contractor who is available to help with any needs that arise. I can always be reached via phone, and am often in the area as well.
