As you enter this spacious colorfully decorated home in a large tiled entry hallway, the door to the left leads to the 2-car garage. The stairs to the right go up to the first bedroom level. Proceeding straight ahead from the entry, you come to a hallway on your left to a large laundry room with washer/dryer on left, and full Bathroom with shower on right and door out to the private Hot Tub/Spa. Continuing on down the entry hallway you come to the living room/family room with a Queen sofa bed, 2 sided fireplace, flat screen TV, expandable card table and seating for 10 -12. Slider door leads out to patio and deck with outdoor seating/dining, gas BBQ and outstanding views to the Ocean, Bodega Rock, the Head, Jetties and Doran Beach. Right of the living room/family room, four steps lead up to the Great Room with 2 sided fireplace, sitting area with sweeping views of ocean, golf course, Bodega Rock, Bodega Head, Jetties, Doran Beach, Harbor and dramatic sunsets, large expandable dining table that seats 12 and fully equipped gourmet Kitchen with island and 4 bar stools. Back to entry area and up the first set of stairs you come to the “Garden Room” Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and views of the garden. To the right is a full Bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. Proceeding to the right and down two steps, you come to the “Bird Room” Bedroom with King size bed TV and views of the garden and mountains. You can also access this bedroom level from the kitchen hallway. Continuing up steps from entry, you come to second bedroom level. On your right, you come to the “Ocean Room” Master Bedroom Suite with King size bed, three sided fireplace, TV, 2 sitting areas, Queen size sofa bed, sweeping golf course and ocean views, and Master Bathroom with double head shower and double sinks. To the left of the upper hallway is the “Mountain Room” Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, TV and double sided fireplace shared with Master Bathroom with double-size soaking tub and separate shower, both rooms with views of the mountains and the Harbor. All six TVs in the house have DVD/CD/VCR Players. A generous amount of extra towels, pillows, blankets and linens are provided. Guest access The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental. Other things to note This is not a pet-friendly home. Violations of this result in a $500 penalty. Stays over the summer months, June through early September are subject to a 3-5 night minimum when booked prior to June 1st. **Must be 25 years of age to rent this home**
