The rooms are large and the unit is fully furnished (newly decorated and refurnished), with ceramic tile or wood laminate throughout. It features amenities including a Keurig K-cup coffee maker to get your day off to a good start! You can relax on the front balcony or back porch, or use the community’s 8 heated pools & spas, 3 sets of tennis/pickleball courts, and multiple BBQ facilities. Scottsdale’s green belt, multi-use, recreational path is across the street from the complex and connects with many parks, restaurants, shopping facilities, and city attractions. Close to shopping and only minutes from Spring Training. CONS: The condo is on the 2nd floor, up just one flight of wide stairs. So, if stairs are a problem for you, this unit may not be the one you want! SUITABILITY: • Long-term renters welcome • Note: A 31-day stay may be less expensive for you than a 30-day stay because of local taxes and fees OVERVIEW: Upon entering the unit, you can sit on the bench to take off your shoes, stow them in the cubby below, and hang your coat and keys on the hooks above the bench. You can then proceed into the high-ceiling living room, turn on the ceiling fan, and watch a show on the large 55” HD Smart Roku TV from the leather couch. Or, walk through the sliding glass doors and relax on the back porch. The well-lit kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, picnic ware, cutlery, glasses, culinary tools, and appliances you need (including a convection oven) to help prepare your meals, and a traditional coffee machine as well as a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker for a quick cuppa. A pantry provides space for your food. Want to BBQ or cook out? You have a choice of using the electric grill on the back porch or one of the community gas grills. You can dine inside at the breakfast bar or dining table, outside at a table on the back porch, or by any of the pools. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen provide sunlight and lead to the front balcony. Keep up on your laundry using the full-size washer and dryer in the curtained kitchen alcove. In the bathroom areas you’ll find a large closet with shelves across from the shower/bathtub, and dual vanity sinks with lots of storage underneath. We’ve stocked the bath area with organic, hypoallergenic products for your use. A fire extinguisher is readily available in the closet. A carbon monoxide detector is between the living room and bathroom. Smoke alarms are also installed. In the bedroom, turn on the ceiling fan and sink into the queen bed with its comfy BeautyRest mattress. The large mirrored closet with custom shelves, drawers, and hanging areas can help you keep things tidy. A large desk provides workspace and a flat screen Smart TV that can double as a monitor. Sliding glass doors open to the large, back porch. An air mattress is available for use for temporary guests.
