Beautifully remodeled, Studio apartment w/King Bed located on the ground level of our victorian home. Includes all the amenities you'd expect. *SO SORRY WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12. We have a Use Permit from the City of Napa, so there is no need to worry about your reservation suddenly being canceled. The space Apartment #3 is a studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is ADA accessible. It is located on the ground level of our victorian home that was built in 1885. We have gone to extensive lengths while remodeling this studio apartment, to alleviate the noise from the apartment above ( ***but since the home is 140 years old, you will still be able to hear footsteps and other noise.) The studio has a king size bed with super soft sheets and an extra comfy mattress. It also has a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The Bedroom/Sitting room has a 55" TV, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and mini fridge. (*No Stove) My husband and I live on the property in our own separate apartment. Your studio apartment is on ground level of the home. There are also two other apartments in the home that can also be rented if you are traveling with friends or family. Guest access Your studio apartment #3 is located on the ground level of our home, on the back, left side of the home. There is a sidewalk/ramp leading from the parking lot to your door. Other things to note NO PETS OR CHILDREN UNDER 12 ALLOWED. *We offer contactless check-in and check- out with an outdoor key lockbox. The keys and lockbox are disinfected after each use. The Studio Apt. #3 is on the ground level of our home. There is another apartment directly above, so you will hear footsteps and other noise from above.
