Please note this is a shared home; I live in the basement and there are shared spaceds. One bedroom and bathroom in a nicely updated town-home. King-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom that have recently been updated. About 15 minutes to downtown/LoDo/RiNo by car and just down the street from Cherry Creek. Well located to get just about anywhere. Plenty of restaurants and retail in the immediate area also. The space The bedroom features a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom as well as a Roku TV with Netflix and YouTube TV. The main level is the kitchen, dining and main living space. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, silverware and most cooking utensils. The living room is for your use and the TV has a Roku with Netflix and YouTube TV. Also two outdoor areas and use of the gas grill if you'd like. I've tried to add nice updates and touches throughout to help make your stay comfortable and you feel like you're at home. The entire house is 420 friendly. However, all tobacco products outdoors only (cigarettes and anything with cigar papers like blunts). My guests' comfort and safety is my number 1 concern. I am following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocols. In addition, I have 2 tower air filtration systems (Ionicpro Turbo) and I have also installed a UV light in the main HVAC return (last picture in the photos). All rooms are thoroughly cleaned prior to guests' arrival as well as all high-touch surfaces are wiped with alcohol wipes and the rooms sprayed with Lysol. Please let me know anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing. Please note, I do live in the townhome and this listing is under the "shared spaces" category. I live in the basement (not pictured), but there will be no other guests in the home during your stay. During your stay When I am home, I try to give my guests as much space as possible. I do use the kitchen on the main floor and the laundry on the second floor.
