Our two-bedroom, single-bathroom, year-round mountain retreat is perfect for couples, friends, and small families. You and your guests will enjoy the open concept living spaces as everyone can connect with one another whether they are in the kitchen, dining room, or living room. Want to unwind? Cuddle up on a curved comfy sectional-sofa for movie night in front of a 65-inch Smart TV or get lost in a book while warming up next to a wood-burning fireplace. Getting hungry? Cook your favorite meals in style! Equipped with stainless-steel appliances, pitch-black stone countertops with contrasting white veining, rich-brown floating acacia wood shelving, and leather cabinet pulls, our full kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook up something delicious. Our chalet sits on a 5,000 sq ft lot where guests can admire grand cedar and pine trees that encompass the chalet. Watch the morning sun rise from our front porch bistro table with a nice cup of hot coffee; use our wraparound deck to grill under the pines in our spacious back deck; pour a glass of wine and sit back in Adirondack chairs that surround a blazing gas firepit; make your way down to a fully fenced in backyard and swing on our hammock chairs; or enjoy a nap and soak up the sun’s warmth in our loungers in the side yard. LIVING SPACE: The open-concept living room has a 3-piece curved sectional that is placed in front of a wood-burning fireplace and 65-inch TV. The dining table offers ample bench and chair seating. There is also a bar console cabinet that includes wine and cocktail glasses, a 5-piece bar tool set and shaker, cocktail books, and more. MEDIA: The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV attached to a full motion wall mount – guests have access to streaming apps by logging into their personal accounts. ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 56-inch foosball table in the living room along with board games, cards, books, and magazines. KITCHEN: The kitchen offers all the essentials – refrigerator with top freezer, single deep basin sink with garbage disposal, gas stove top and oven, wall mounted range hood, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, tea kettle, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, and more. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a free-standing shower with a 12-inch rain shower head with sleek glass doors, a single vanity sink with mirror, floating wood shelves with ample towels, a stackable washer and dryer, a toilet, and a hair dryer. BEDROOMS: The first bedroom has a king memory foam mattress; the second bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms come with four sleeping pillows, extra blankets, blackout curtains, full-length mirrors, closets, and hangers. OUTDOOR SPACE: The front porch has a bistro table with two chairs. The side yard has four wooden sun loungers. The back deck has a five-burner + side-burner gas grill with four Adirondack chairs that surround a gas firepit (propane tanks included). There are string lights set on a timer for the front porch and back deck. The backyard is fully fenced in and has two swinging hammock-style chairs. Outdoor pillows are provided and stored in an outdoor weatherproof bin. HEATING & COOLING: There is an 81-inch, 50,000 BTU, natural gas wall heater in the living room in addition to a wood-burning fireplace. There are also additional portable heaters and portable cooling fans available. SECURITY CAMERAS: The cabin has active exterior cameras that monitor the driveway, front door, and entrance to the backyard – all exterior cameras remain on 24/7.
