Cozy and inviting basement apartment

Approx. 2200 sq.ft. walk out basement. Fully furnished with a king bed, futon, double bed bunks, single bed with trundle, sofa bed, giant couch, washer/dryer, ping pong table and two bathrooms. A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem. The space Come enjoy this quiet little neighborhood with amazing views all around. You can stay and make yourselves at home in the fully fenced back yard with a gas BBQ, sitting area, firepit, play ground and basketball court. Or, it's just a hop, skip and a jump from our charming Salem pond where you can play in the water, have a picnic or enjoy the park. There’s also a new park 2 blocks away with a playground, pickle ball courts and splash pad. We’re only minutes from Payson and Spanish Fork canyons with stunning trails to hike or bike and also play at the lakes or hot springs. Sundance ski resort is also only a short 25 min drive with all the amenities. Pickle ball paddles and balls are available. We have beach towels for swimming and lunch cooler for picnics as well. We are happy to host 4-8 guests comfortably. There is a $25 charge per person per night for over 4 guests. This is to offset wear and tear and extra cleaning and amenities used. You will find this is still a great value and wonderful place to stay. I am happy to take your situation into consideration as well if you have questions about this. You'll love this quaint little town and will be taken back by all the great possibilities it has to offer. Guest access The basement and back yard are your accessible areas. The back yard is shared space. The outside dining and bbq areas off the basement, are yours for your stay. The basement home area is not shared, there is a locked door to the upstairs access. We live upstairs and are often times home during your stay. This is a well lit and easily accessible basement apartment with lots of fun things to do! There is space for 8 people total but you will be charged extra for more than 4. There is floor space so you can inquire for more than 8 and I’m happy to consider your situation, but it’s not a guarantee. Other things to note I have a very friendly dog named Mocha and 2 cats, Luna(black) and Leo(calico). And the neighbors cat, milk(gray), whom we love! They are all very nice and friendly and will love you to say hi but live in the garage so will stay out of the way most of the time. They may want to come inside but they are to stay outside. I am happy to host your dogs. I do not allow them left alone unsupervised and request they are kenneled when you are not here to supervise them.
