Beach House (Steps from the beach)

This fantastic beach vacation home is located just a few houses from the beach and waves. The nearly 2,000 square feet of space has 4 bedrooms (two of them are full master bedrooms), additional open room and 3 full bathrooms. There is a spacious balcony to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Please see the full description for more details. The space This two-story rental has easy beach access (right across the road) for your next coastal getaway. No having to get in the car to head to the beach when it's just steps away. The convince is endless. The neighborhood is also located along the Oceano Dunes, the last remaining coastal sand dunes, where you can also drive on the beach. Our space includes: Upstairs: There is a master bedroom with a king bed and 2 additional bedrooms each having a queen bed, all with large closets, and a guest bathroom down the hall. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering. Off the living room is the furnished balcony. Downstairs: This has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and couch. There is also an additional open room that has a queen bed and couch(sofa bed). We also have a BBQ available in the backyard. The washer and dryer are only available for guests staying 5 or more nights. If your reservation meets that requirement we will send you a key pad code for that room. Backyard: After a long day at the beach, BBQ in the backyard and have family time using the putting green. Our cleaning service follows Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: Sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and they wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. Clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. Ring security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Cameras are not actively monitored but are installed and viewed for safety reasons. We require all guests to fill out a Rental Agreement that will be sent after you book. The minimum age requirement of the Guest reserving and submitting payment to book the Beach House is 25 years of age and will be verified by a government ID. Max Occupancy - (14 adults max) This is a no-smoking house. No pets are allowed!!! Our youngest daughter has pet and anaphylactic food allergies. She is severely allergic and we like to enjoy our family home safely. We reserve the right to respectfully decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar. Guest will be sent a message with a unique door code the day of their stay. The key code activates at your check in time (4:00pm) and deactivates at the check out time (11:00am) for safety purposes. We have tried to fill the house with things that you may need, but don't want to pack along on your trip. If you have any questions, please contact me for more information. Other things to note Our home is not equipped to charge solar cars. If you have an adapter and we see our guests using the power to charge cars we will charge an additional $100 dollars a day.
