Townhouse in Livermore

My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. The space The room includes a queen size bed, mini-refrigerator and microwave. It includes a tabletop Dyson fan/heater, ceiling fan and empty shelves in the closet. The central air conditioner is set at a constant 76-78 degrees in the summer. Guest access The entry-way for leaving the parking pass and luggage, the porch for smoking, private bathroom just outside the room. I put up a curtain in the hallway to provide privacy from your room to your bathroom. During your stay I'm happy to answer any questions not included in the House Manual and would enjoy giving you tips about the area, but keep to myself and like to give guests their privacy. But please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this a 5-star stay for you. Please let me know if you have forgotten something or need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Other things to note There may be another guest staying in the other room so please do not use the deadbolt on the front door, just make sure the door is closed. The garbage container is small intentionally. Only compostable and landfill garbage in the small garbage please. Please separate recycles into the large garbage can, labeled for recycle. Recycle all paper, plastic, glass and aluminum in the large garbage near the refrigerator.
