Cute mini-chalet on the shores of the crystal clear waters of Little Kiamika Lake. Perfect for a couple, family or passing workers. The shallow water makes it a preferred destination for families with kids. At your disposal: pedal boats, rowboat and kayak. The property is equipped with a dock, outdoor fireplace and gazebo with BBQ. Located near the village, quad and snowmobile trails. The proximity to Mont-Laurier is suitable for passing workers. CITQ No. 174823 The space The chalet, freshly renovated, offers all the comforts you could want. In a mixed modern and rustic decor, it is largely glazed with an extraordinary view of the lake, river and mountain. From the kitchen to the living room, you have all the necessary equipment: Wi-Fi, TV with HDMI cable, sound system with connection for iPod and iPad, DVD and movies. Bedding and bath towels are provided. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glassware, pots and microwave oven. For your comfort, summer and winter: air conditioning and wood stove (wood provided). Some board games are on site, as well as maps and tourist information. Note that the rooms are small, which makes the 605 even cuter! In summer, the best is outside: gazebo with BBQ (propane provided), waterfront dock, pedal boats, rowboat and kayak, fire rings for beautiful evenings under the stars. The site has a large parking lot for 6 cars. We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the premises and our cottages are treated against insects. Guest access The property includes 4 cottages, three of which are available for short-term rental. You can rent one of the cottages, two or all three for a larger group (up to 16 people). Outside, you can enjoy the gazebo, BBQ, dock, two pedal boats, a rowboat and a double kayak for a ride on the lake. For your evenings under the stars, an outdoor fireplace is at your disposal, as well as the necessary wood. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, but we don't accept pitbulls and chow chows, or cats. An additional $30 fee per dog is charged for cleaning. Please respect the cleanliness of the premises and ensure that they do not climb on sofas or beds. The chalet is non-smoking. Please throw your butts in the many ashtrays available on the property.
