The flat has a fully equipped separate kitchen and dining space with ample roadside parking available making this the perfect place for a short getaway. The space *Please note that some road noise can be heard from within the apartment especially during rush hour* With fast WiFi, plenty of clothes storage space and a 'Netflix ready' smart TV, this apartment has everything you need to feel at home. (Please note that the TV does not have terrestrial channels) The dining space is spacious providing the perfect place for 4 to dine in. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, oven, kettle, sink, fridge freezer, pan, cutlery, crockery, utensils, tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The bedroom has a comfy double bed and a sofa bed providing plenty of space for 4 people to sleep. All bedding is provided for the sofa bed in addition to a mattress topper for that extra comfort. The apartment is situated in a residential neighbourhood, and we therefore ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay. Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times. Please bring your own if you require more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat Other things to note Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
