However, first floor area is not open for guest, it's only reserve for those booked the meeting space. Our staff always standby within hostel building to assist you. We doesn't provide 24 hour check in service, guest MUST check in before 11:00pm, otherwise we won't honour the reservation. Please notice us in advance to request late check in, also we surcharge RM20 for late check in request. Guest are not allowed to bring visitor enter bedroom, all visitors can only hangout in common area, and must inform our staff about it.
