Rental unit in Toronto

Seeking roommate for my furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Toronto’s Entertainment District. You can have the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. I’ll be living in the smaller room, where I’ve installed acoustic panels for my voice acting, podcasting and YouTubing. I've interviewed celebrities on the red carpet at TIFF, and I've hosted radio and TV shows. Now I'm going to be starting a daily podcast and YouTube show where I interview celebrities. I'm also going to be drawing a daily comic strip, and posting a daily original song. If you want to join me for these or any creative projects, that would be cool! For instance, we could review movies together for YouTube. The rent is all inclusive. I’ll pay for the hydro and Internet. I own a parking spot but I’m currently renting it out. But if you need it, we could possibly talk about options. The room is sitting empty, so you could move in any time. Although I have some stuff piled up in my hallway which I’m working on selling online. So you’d have to forgive that in the meantime. Hi, I’m Josh. I own this condo and I’ve lived in it alone for 9 years. I’m now looking to rent out one of the rooms. I currently live in the main bedroom, but you can have it and I will move into the smaller guest bedroom, because I’ve put acoustic panels on the walls and ceiling of the guest bedroom to make it a studio for my voice acting, podcasting, and YouTubing. The unit is in the Festival Tower condo, above TIFF Bell Lightbox, which is the home of the Toronto International Film Festival. You can get into the theaters and restaurants without having to go outside. Building amenities: -Full gym -Pool, hot tub, sauna -Free gym glasses in yoga/spinning room -Sports lounge with pool tables -Condo theater with free weekly movies and televised events Across the street you can enter the PATH and walk 2 blocks to the subway underground. Or the King streetcar is at the door. I love being creative and working on lots of projects. I’m an actor, cartoonist, singer/songwriter, stand-up comedian, screenwriter, YouTuber, celebrity interviewer, radio host, TV host, politician. If you would want to team up on any fun projects or business ideas, that would be awesome. It’s not a requirement. It would just be fun. I know most people are looking for very cheap rooms, but this place costs me a lot, So I’m looking for as much rent as I can get - Not to be greedy, but so that I can afford to keep the place. So the price is flexible and I’ll see who can make the best offer. But you’ll save lots of money just being here. It’s fully furnished, and I can get more furniture, like a nice couch, and patio furniture for the spring, to make it even cozier here. You won’t have to pay for a gym membership. You can walk anywhere so you will save on transit. You can watch free movies in the condo theatre. I have the fastest fiber Internet available - 100x faster than the top speed from Rogers.
