Our camper is a 5th wheel RV, it is covered and faces the pastures and the front yard. We have a variety of animals and wildlife that can be observed Creekwater Farm is located on 8.5 acres of Mountain land. We have walking trails and a variety of fun amenities. Come to see our animals, from Cats and Dogs to Chickens, llamas, pigs and bunnies. Be woken up by the beauty of the Peacock in the morning light and the fresh air with the “horse smell” you will love at the farm. Our guests have full access to all amenities on the farm; certain amenities or activities may require our presence; If a guest is unsure about the use or how to use something, please ask us. We are always available for our guests, do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. We encourage our guests to enjoy the farm and welcome our guests to be part of any activities. However we value our guests privacy and quiet enjoyment of their vacation. We are in a rural area, but near attractions. Downtown Ball Ground, has shops, restaurants, a winery/gallery. We are near beautiful Gibbs Gardens where the gardens change almost weekly with the seasons. At the foothills of the North Ga. mountains there are year round festivals and near the start of the Georgia Wine Trail. The farm itself is peaceful, with several relaxing venues and animals to watch and enjoy. You will need a vehicle to reach our farm. There is no public transportation to or around Creekwater Farm. We encourage our guests to wear firm, closed shoes when moving around the property. We do charge a $40 non-refundable pet fee. Please indicate in your reservation request if you want to bring a dog. Also let us know the size, breed and age. All dogs need to be crated ( crate can be rented for $10 ) when owner is not in the RV with them. All dogs need to be leashes on the property at all times. Release of Liability By booking through AIRBNB, you understand and agree that you will be solely responsible for any and all damage or injury to you and your groups participants. AS PROVIDED BY GEORGIA CODE 4-12-3. Immunity from liability for injury or death; exceptions. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this Code section, an equine activity sponsor, An equine professional, a llama activity sponsor, a llama professional, or any other person, which shall include a corporation or partnership, shall not be liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities or from the inherent risks of llama activities and, except as provided in subsection (b) of this Code section, no participant or participant’s representative shall make any claim against, maintain an action against, or recover from an equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, a llama activity sponsor, a llama professional, or an other person for injury, loss, damage, or death of the participant resulting from any of the inherent risks of equine activities or resulting from any of the inherent risks of llama activities. By booking this stay at Creekwater Farm, I on behalf of myself, other guests, and mine and / or their minor children, my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, assigns, children and spouse, if any, do hereby agree to hold harmless, release and discharge Creekwater Farm, which includes its owners, Christopher and Patricia Zimmermann, officers, directors, members, agents, representatives, affiliates and insurers, of and from all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to the ordinary negligence of Creekwater Farm. I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions or causes of action against Creekwater Farm for any damage or loss due to bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of my participation or stay at Creekwater Farm. I declare that I have informed all participants of this booking about this liability waiver and they all chose to accept this release by participating. Should I fail to inform my group, I will be personally responsible for any action taken by members of my group and I declare that Creekwater Farm shall be held harmless as aforementioned.
