Enjoy a wonderful vacation in the beautiful villa with private pool with Jacuzzi area that is located in a quiet place 5 minutes by car from Albir beach and 10 minutes from Benidorm. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and etc. are within walking distance. The space Guests are provided with the top floor (apartment 250m2) of the villa with two large terraces. on one of the terraces, with an exit from the bedroom to the pool, there is an exercise bike. The second terrace is located at the exit from the dining area. there is a table with chairs. A great place overlooking the pool, courtyard and mountains, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The large salon is visually divided into 2 zones. in one of which there is a corner of upholstered leather furniture and a large TV with internet connection. As well as Blu- rey disc and a set of discs for viewing. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, mixer, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, citrus juicer. Large bedroom with 180x200 bed has private access to the terrace to the pool and private bathroom with bath, bidet, 2 sinks and toilet. All bedrooms have their own wardrobes. The second bathroom is located next to the 2 other bedrooms and has a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Guest access Guests are provided with accommodation on the first floor of the villa with privat pool and privat territoty Additionally paid: On request: - transfer - rent a paddle board for swimming (Paddle surf) - rental of a motorboat with a captain (reservation required) - horseback riding - tennis rocket - padel rackets Mandatory payments are due at the time of arrival. Other things to note Guest behavior is -comfortable living for yourself and others, like at home. - Careful attitude to property and garden plants. -Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. - Do not make noise after 23.00. We always stay in touch and are ready to help in case of any questions. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, after the house has been inspected for damage. After booking, we will contact you directly to meet you at the address and hand over the keys.
