Enjoy shared use of two 6-speed cruiser bicycles (complete with helmets and cable lock). High speed internet 400+ Mbps. The space The private flat is tucked into the 2nd floor of our historic home, with east facing windows (quiet, as it faces away from the street). You'll enjoy a view of a 100+ year old Elm tree and our shaded back yard. During the warm months in Fargo you may awaken to the songs of the birds; it's almost like being in your own private treehouse. The flat is 516 square feet in size, so while it is not small, it is cozy for two people. You could squeeze in a 3rd person (at extra charge) with the supplied rollaway bed, any more than 3 people probably doesn't work. Two is ideal. Parking is on the street and is free. Reclaimed wood floors and details such as the sliding "barn door" bathroom door set this flat apart from other options.
