The space The private flat is located on the second floor of our historic home, with east-facing windows overlooking a beautiful 100+ year-old elm tree and our shaded backyard. Because it faces away from the street, the space is especially quiet. During Fargo’s warmer months, you may wake to birdsong—it feels a bit like having your own private treehouse. The flat offers 516 square feet of comfortable living space—cozy and ideal for two guests. A third guest can be accommodated with a rollaway bed (available for an additional fee). Free street parking is available directly in front of the home. Reclaimed wood floors and thoughtful details—like the sliding barn-door bathroom entrance—give the space warmth and character that set it apart from typical accommodations.
