The space Guests have full access to the house and anything in it kitchen has all appliances, pots and pans and basic seasoning and spices. Cleans linens and bath towels provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, a space to park In the garage (Hold the button until you close the Garage door) But we do not allow guests to host parties at this place (no loud music, no more then 6 people.) Other things to note This space allows for 7 guests, $100 per person fee will be added for each guests after 7. Unauthorized visitors past 7 guests are not allowed and you will be charged for each additional individual on the premises. Entry camera monitored.
