This is quiet neighborhood located at the bottom of Mingus Mountain in Prescott Valley. Perfect for a weekend retreat, small-group gathering or going exploring the backside of Mingus in a Razon, or make this your home base for exploring beautiful Arizona. The space This is a large bedroom with a new comfortable queen size mattress, closet and drawers space and a large bathroom. Evenly air-conditioned in Summer, cozily heated in Winter. Marvelous views of Mingus Mountain with magnificent sunsets and moon rises, weather permitted. Deer, rabbits, javelina, hummingbirds and many varieties of other birds surround the area of the house and butterflies. We allow guests to have access to their bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outside patio. We ask that they stay out of our bedroom, bathroom and extra bathroom & the garage area. Guest access Breakfast: We offer continental breakfast, bagels, cream cheese or pastries with some seasonal fruit will be available. If you have any food allergies, please bring your respective items. Coffee/ tea. Optional with advance notice request ONLY: Honey Nut Cheerios, oatmeal, yogurt. During your stay Part of the pleasure of hosting is meeting new people. We are comfortable with respecting your privacy and we are open to being asked a lot of questions. We have enjoyed our AIRBNB experiences as guests and we want to provide the same positive feeling as your hosts. Will welcome all feedback to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note: Absolutely, No smoking at the house, outdoor, patio or within the Legend Hill vicinity. Verizon has the best cell service. ATT is very limited. We provide the local Mile High Network Wi-Fi Other things to note We keep our house pretty clean, and we do have a friendly German Shepard named Sasha. We ask that you do not feed Sasha any food, treats unless we provide them to you. You will be greeted with a few barks at first but she will get to know you and she will be your best friend. If we leave the house, we take Sasha with us. Sasha will not be left alone in the house while guests are occupying the house. Also, we do have a TV and offer YouTube TV only in the main living room area. Legend Hills Community provides a great 2.4-mile loop to enjoy a nice walk.
