Modern loft in vintage industrial style with roof terrace within walking distance of the city center The space The LOFT KEANE is located in the newly renovated and insulated attic (2nd floor) of an apartment building from the year 1890. The LOFT can be optimally used by 1-2 people. In exceptional cases, a mattress can be provided for a 3rd person. The highlight is the loggia: Here you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine before bed. The view over the rooftops of Koblenz is magnificent. The loft has a double bed (1.80 m) with very comfortable new mattresses and toppers. Adjacent to the sleeping area is a beautiful bathroom decorated with cement tiles in the Art Nouveau style. An open floor-level shower also allows two people to shower ;) In the living area, there is a large couch where 2 people can stretch out and enjoy the entertainment possibilities of the 55" smart TV. With this you can channel surf through the most important international and domestic channels or use the NETFLIX program. LOFT Keane has its own guest wifi and multiple internet access in the living areas. The kitchen is open and well equipped. We will provide some coffee pads as a welcome. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which creates an evenly pleasant warmth in winter. The loft is air-conditioned. Guest access The LOFT is a separate unit on the 2nd floor to which only the guests have access. On the same floor is also the apartment MILO, a family-friendly apartment with 7 sleeping options, which could be booked if necessary. The apartments are lockable. Guests receive an extra key for the house entrance on the first floor. The landlord/ We live on the 2nd floor with our two children.
