Your four-legged companion will feel right at home in the fenced garden. Location The apartment is conveniently located and easy to reach from the train station. It is close to the nature reserve, which is ideal for relaxing walks, walks and bike rides. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached by bike in just 10 minutes. Living The ground floor apartment with two rooms offers space for up to four people on 66 m² and is barrier-free. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. The open couch corner with cozy armchairs invites you to linger together. In no time at all, the couch can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00 meters). Thanks to the high-quality mattress and the slatted frame, sleeping comfort is by no means neglected here. The dining area offers space for four people and adjoins the modern dream kitchen. Here you can also conjure up culinary highlights on vacation. From the living room you can reach the spacious, south-east facing idyllic terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and the fenced lawn. A paradise for vacations with children and dogs! The separate bedroom is quiet and equipped with a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) and a spacious wardrobe and also offers access to the garden. The bathroom has a large shower, illuminated mirror and washing machine; perfect for a family vacation! Entertainment Two large smart TVs provide entertainment in the evening. Thanks to the Internet connections, you can easily access your media libraries such as Netflix and Co. Of course, Wi-Fi access is also part of the entertainment.
