Guest access Secure Access: Your room features a private Smart Lock with a unique code. Codes are never shared and will be sent to you on your check-in day. Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard 24/7. Laundry: Washer/Dryer available for use (please bring your own detergent). EV Charging: Strictly prohibited. Connecting an EV to a standard outlet incurs a $35/night fee. No unregistered guests allowed; no children. Parking is shared in the 2-car driveway (first-come basis) with extra free street parking available. During your stay While we do not live on the property, we are always here to help! We encourage you to bring your favorite slippers or flip-flops! ☺️ -Shared Space Etiquette: To keep the house quiet and organized, the Laundry and Pool are not available for room stays. Also, please help us keep the bathroom and common areas tidy after use. -Respecting Others: Please enjoy your meals, but refrain from taking food/beverages that belong to other guests or the host. To ensure everyone gets a good night's rest, we observe Quiet Hours from 10 PM to 7 AM 🙏. -Sleeping Arrangements: Common areas are for relaxing, but not for sleeping; please use your comfortable memory foam bed for that. -Safety & Environment: For everyone’s health, we are a 100% Smoke-Free and Pet-Free home (due to severe allergies). A $100 cleaning fee applies to any smoke odor detected. -Guest Policy: For security, only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered guests will incur a $35 fee per person, per day. -House Climate: To maintain the home’s efficiency, we ask that you don’t change the temperature settings. Families: While we love travelers, please note the house is for adults; we cannot accommodate children below 12 years of age. Linens: We provide fresh linens for your stay. If you need a full replacement, there is a $15 linen fee (plus $15 for each additional item), which will be conveniently left outside your door after payment. Check-out & Fees: Late check-outs ($50 fee) and EV charging via regular outlets ($35/night fee) are available upon request/fee to cover costs. Parties: This is a peaceful professional home; no parties are allowed - Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging. - Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
