Bed linen, towels, and essential amenities are provided. The space Overlooking the courtyard of a 19th-century building, just a few meters from St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant’Angelo, all easily reachable on foot. Close to well-known restaurants, shops, bars, and the Cola di Rienzo market. Very high ceilings. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster – perfect for cooking or enjoying breakfast or a quick snack. I look forward to welcoming you! The apartment offers fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and an antique desk as a workstation. It has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The beds are very comfortable and hypoallergenic. The kitchen is fully equipped: serving dishes and glassware for 12 people (plus extras), wine glasses, and everything you need. The apartment is very quiet and filled with books in multiple languages – on current affairs, culture, essays, biographies, and travel guides. The accommodation: Sleeping in the VATICAN LOFT DELUXE PENTHOUSE is a unique experience: you’ll have the chance to stay in the heart of Rome, just steps away from the Pope’s residence (Casa Santa Marta). Interaction with guests: A greeter will assist with check-in. A team of assistants supports me with check-in and cleaning, which can also be arranged daily (for an extra fee). Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and cost €50 each. The home is delivered clean and ready, with bed linens, towels, and all kitchen appliances. Ground floor • Entrance with a large bookcase, continuing into the living room. • Living room and kitchen: bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a white sofa bed (standard double bed for 2 people). The kitchen includes: dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, pod coffee machine, cutting board, glasses for water and wine, pots, and all necessary tableware. The furnishings are a mix of modern and antique. • Bathroom: fully renovated, with a tall, bright shower and a window. Complete with towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and all essentials for the start of your stay. A hairdryer is also provided. • Bedroom 1 (Double): on the ground floor, with wardrobe, bedside tables, designer curtains, and a full-length mirror. Sheets and blankets provided. Mattress, pillows, duvets are all new and hypoallergenic. The furniture is new as well. Mezzanine 1 • Smaller bedroom: very quiet, with a French bed (120x190 cm) and a walk-in closet for men, plus a TV. Sheets and blankets are provided. Mattress, pillow, duvets are new and hypoallergenic. Mezzanine 2 • Double bedroom: above the kitchen on the other side of the apartment, with wardrobe, full-length mirror, and a restored antique French desk – ideal for working or writing. Sheets and blankets are provided. Mattress, pillows, and duvets are all new and hypoallergenic. New bedside tables and wardrobe. The house has been carefully restored and is constantly repainted and maintained. Other things to note CHECK IN Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-in before 15:00 must be authorized, has an extra charge of € 50 Check-in from 19:00 to 22:00 must be authorized, with an extra charge of € 50 NO CHECK-IN after 22:00. CHECK-OUT Check-out is before 10am. Check-out before 10am is possible: leave the keys on the table and close the door. The check-out between 10 and 15 instead must be authorized has a supplement of € 50 Check-out after 15.00 will be charged for 1 night. The apartment is delivered clean and complete with bed linen, bathroom, kitchen, soap and shampoo in hotel format and one or two rolls of toilet paper.
