Nestled along El Salvador’s stunning shoreline, this beautifully appointed home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and style. The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. For groups larger than six, additional sleeping arrangements can be made for $50 per person, per night. With three inviting bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps six guests, plus three additional pull-out beds to accommodate up to nine guests in total — ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to share unforgettable moments together. Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy ocean breezes from the terrace, and unwind in a space designed to make you feel right at home — only better. • Each bedroom has A/C. • Master Bedroom: King-size bed with a private full bathroom • Second Bedroom: Full-size bed & has two single pull-out beds • Third Bedroom: Two twin beds & has a single pull-out bed. Highlights: Community Beach Access: Descend a secluded path to your own stretch of sandy shoreline. Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for culinary enthusiasts. 👩🏽‍🍳Cook Available: $45 a day. You bring your own groceries. Please request with anticipation of 1-2 weeks. Outdoor Living: Expansive deck with dining area, perfect for sunset meals. Proximity to Attractions: Just 17-30minutes from La Libertad boardwalk, Sunset Park, El Encanto Shopping Center, El Tunco & El Zonte Beaches, and a scenic drive along Surf City’s coast to vibrant restaurants, bars, and surf spots. Location: Airport: Approximately 1 hour’s drive. New highway construction near the La Libertad Port may vary the time. San Salvador: A convenient 50 minute journey. Guest access Guest has access to the entire home, pool & garden area. Our guardians are on the premises will welcome you into the home. When arriving with a vehicle, parking will be secure. It is important to consider a high clearance vehicle, preferably recommend 4x4 for traveling to the premises. Other things to note Once your reservation is confirmed, please message me so I can notify the guard of your arrival. Please plan your trip accordingly — the drive from the airport to Shalpa Residence takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic and ongoing road construction in El Puerto de La Libertad. Consider the timing of your arrival if you’d like to eat at the airport or along the way. Another great option is to stop for groceries at Super Selectos in the El Encuentro shopping center in La Libertad before heading to the residence. ⚠️ Highly Recommended: Please arrive in a 4x4, 4x2, or high-clearance SUV. Sedans are not suitable for the terrain. The roads leading to the home are dirt and rocky, with uneven surfaces. Other things to note: • Check-in from 3:00 PM & Check-out at 11:00 AM •. Fiber-optic WiFi is provided; occasional external outages may occur. • Short power outages may happen during rainy season. • Additional services: cleaning for long stays, and private massages maybe arranged.
