Located just a short walk into the idyllic market town of Abergavenny and is situated overlooking the Blorenge Mountain, its a space for you to relax and take in the surroundings. The open-plan kitchen-dining room features a large dining table, complete with 8 chairs and is well-equipped for all your home cooking needs. Open the patio doors and you'll find yourself out on the furnished terrace overlooking the garden, making the perfect indoor/outdoor dining space for all the family to enjoy! The living room features two large sofas, an indoor fireplace and a 60 inch smart TV with Netflix and amazon prime for all your viewing needs. The second living room which you may like to use as a playroom or reading room features a 40 inch smart TV and an Xbox live, making it a great space for the family to enjoy. All bedrooms are filled with high-quality, luxury hotel bed linen and towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom is bright and airy, complete with a 40 inch smart TV and a huge super-king bed for a comfortable night's sleep. Featuring an en-suite bathroom, complete with a double shower. The second bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed. The third bedroom is complete with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. The main bathroom is complete with a double shower and bath. The exterior of the property features a large terrace area, complete with dining furniture, a BBQ and a private garden situated on two levels. It's a great place for the family to enjoy the weather and there's even a wood fired hot tub and a children's castle for them to explore at the bottom of the garden! Guest access There's no need to worry about parking as the property has 2 allocated parking spaces to the rear of the property, along with 2 additional spaces at the front of the house. Excellent transport links, with central Abergavenny train station just a 5 minute walk away. You won’t need a car during your stay! The property is just a short stroll from the heart of town, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, pubs, and charming local butchers and bakeries. Everything you need is within walking distance, so you can truly relax without worrying about driving, taxis, or public transport.
