The space Larchfield Grange - Luxury House with Hot Tub & Stunning Views Larchfield Grange is a beautiful, generously proportioned 4-bedroom house situated near the charming market town of Abergavenny. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it offers an abundance of indoor and outdoor space, making it ideal for family gatherings, special occasions, celebrations and relaxing breaks with friends. Outside, guests can enjoy a large patio area, extensive lawned gardens, a wood-fired hot tub, children's castle and several seating areas, all with stunning views towards The Blorenge Mountain. Proudly awarded a Visit Wales 5-Star Quality Rating, Larchfield Grange is much loved by its guests, many of whom return year after year to enjoy the house, its beautiful setting and everything the area has to offer. The House: The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, featuring a large dining table for eight and everything needed for cooking and entertaining. Patio doors open onto the furnished terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor dining space overlooking the garden. The living room offers two large sofas, a fireplace and a 60-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. A second sitting room provides additional space to relax, read or enjoy family time, complete with a 40-inch Smart TV and Xbox. All bedrooms are prepared with high-quality bed linen and towels for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom features a super-king bed, 40-inch Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom includes both a bath and double shower. Outside, you'll find a large terrace with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, extensive lawned gardens and stunning views towards The Blorenge Mountain. The wood-fired hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area, while younger guests will love the children's play castle. Abergavenny railway station is just a five-minute walk away, and the town centre is only a short stroll from the property. Shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, bakeries and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Other Things to Note A travel cot can be provided on request. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bedding for the cot.
