Design Apartment BERG ISEL with natural views

Welcome to my design apartment at the foot of the Pfänder, above Bregenz's Old Town. The private entrance leads to a spacious living and sleeping room (31 m2), which is separated from the bathroom (11 m2) by a fireplace. The fireplace is out of order. My wooden house was designed and built by a Vorarlberg architect. There is a vanity/shower/toilet in the bathroom with a view. There is a mini kitchen ideal for breakfast, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. 1 car parking. The space The living room invites you to relax. The panoramic window lets your soul dangle, simply by looking out, because there is a lot to discover in any weather. You have a view into the forest and to Lake Constance depending on the season. It is beautiful when the sun goes down in the lake. This is a fantastically beautiful spectacle, which is usually only seen by the sea. The squirrels romp out on the trees. We are immersed in nature and yet on the outskirts of the city. Guest access The apartment is its own unit on the ground floor with its own entrance. There is 1 uncovered guest parking and a seating area in the garden. Sun loungers will also be ready for you. You can relax wonderfully after a hike or bike tour or just like that.
