Cottage in Ruidoso

Eclectic, bijou style, bedrooms with their own private bathroom and separate outdoor entrance. Complimentary Breakfast served Thursday-Sunday. Close to Midtown and eats. Here in the mountains, window fans are best. If needed during a hot spell, portable air condition available. Please understand, love your fur babies. Unfortunately, some of my family members are allergic. If you insist, there will be a non-refundable cleaning fee of $1000. The space Want to share my slice of Paradise! Cottage rooms are newly done and only accessible to guests. My rooms accommodate 2 guests comfortably. Plenty of parking spaces. Internet streaming, HDMI, movies... There is no smoking and no pets allowed in rooms. There are designated smoking areas outside. If you need the iron, hair dryer, etc...Just ask me. Breakfast is served between 7am-9am. A menu will be provided upon check in. Please submit your selection from my menu before you retire in room. Unfortunately, if you check in after 9PM, there is no complimentary breakfast provided. You may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance and/or violating other provisions of the Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code. Quiet hours are to be observed between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am per Section 38-31 of the Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code. 2. If pets are allowed at this property, you must comply with all provisions of Section 14-8 of the Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code, including that leash laws must be observed, excessive noise will not be permitted, all waste will be removed by you and that nuisance animals will be secured. 3. BE AWARE: It is unlawful for any person to discard a lit cigarette, cigar, match or other type of incendiary material! Ground fires, camp fires, fire rings and fire pits are strictly prohibited.
