Guest house in Atlanta

As you turn down my street you will see two large stone columns and on the plaque you will see that "National Historic Registry" designation. While in Virginia Highland. it is a small enclave called Atkins Park. Circa 1917. Guesthouse on my property. Close to major event venues, and restaurants. sidewalks. The space Uniquely private but within walking distance of Ponce City Market, painted white wood floors. Well decorated with pastel colors and paintings. It has a screened in porch and there is a full bath with shower and tub. Fully furnished kitchen. The guesthouse is totally private and is not in my home. Beautiful gardens Guest access Guests have full access to the carriage house which includes a totally private screened-in porch. Other things to note Pets are welcome! I have a bichon frise and he loves everyone.
