The Nut House on Table Rock Emerald Beach Lakeview

The Nut House sits on a 200 foot bluff overlooking Table Rock Lake. We are part of the Emerald Beach community which is mostly retirees. The best part of this 3 BR 2 BA home is the 900+ SF deck. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, dining tables/chairs, and comfy lounge chairs on the deck for summer; for winter, an easy-to-light fire pit (wood included). Lake access/boat ramp is 1/4 mile down this street. Feel free to swim there. You may see deer, fox, and bald eagles in the area. The space The Nut House has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, cooking spices, sugar, & flour. The fridge contains basic condiments and an automatic ice maker. A keurig coffee maker is provided, along with a variety of K-cups & sweeteners. Master bath has tub/shower combination. Extra bath has a full size walk-in shower with 2 built-in seats. Plenty of seating on the deck for relaxing or dining al fresco. Full size washer and dryer, as well as laundry supplies, are at your disposal. Living Room has a 56" SMART TV with access to YouTubeTV included. Master Bedroom features a 32" SMART TV, also with YouTubeTV access. Front bedroom has a large flat screen Sanyo TV —again with YouTubeTV access. Gas log fire place in den Is easily operated with a remote control. In addition to the den, the Nut House has a second living area which is a sunroom with seating for 5 people, plus a 4-seat dining/game table. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home and garage, as well as the deck and yard area. Parking is allowed only in the driveway and garage — NO STREET PARKING! Other things to note 1) The Nut House has a septic system, so we are VERY STRICT about the number of occupants and the items that can not be put into the system. No one likes plumbing issues, so ensure your problem-free stay by following the written guidelines found on the property! 2) The Nut House is located in a rural area. Our internet has recently been upgraded to Starlink service, which is suitable for business use. However, stormy weather can adversely affect performance, though this is rare. 3) Please do not smoke or vape inside the house due to owner allergies. Smoking is allowed on the deck; please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash bin. 4) This property does not allow pets. 5) Driveway & garage will accommodate three vehicles. For your automobile’s safety, please DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET! 6) Some residents are actively campaigning against short-term rentals in our community. Please be courteous in public areas, observe quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM, observe the 30 mph speed limit, and do not trespass onto any other properties. 7) We have 4 security cameras on the home's exterior in the following locations: 1) Front door visibility 2) Garage door/keypad visibility 3) Door from garage into house visibility 4) Sunroom door/den sliding door visibility
