Mystic Apt #1. Self contained and private.

This beachy, private, self contained studio has its own entrance and covered deck. It sits nestled in the trees surrounded by nature but is just 2 miles from the bustle of downtown Mystic. Close enough to the ocean to hear an occasional seagull and light house horn. This large, sunny space is en-suite with queen bed, couch, AC, internet, tv and numerous appliances. Resort like property also has a 2 bed apt with full kitchen and 2 more 1 bed studios for couples who would like to travel together. The space This studio style room has plenty of off street parking with its own private entrance via its personal deck and stairs. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood surrounded by trees and nature. You can totally relax here. Your private deck can be covered so even if it rains you can sit outside and enjoy the private wooded view. You will wake up to the sounds of nature. This back yard is a squirrels play ground and all yours to enjoy. In those cooler months relax by the electric log fire and enjoy the wall flame display. There's also an outdoor fire pit and barbecue. The room is fully kitted with internet, air conditioning, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, 17 in 1 appliance that does practically everything, iron, hairdryer, you only need to bring your clothes. There is a desk for business work or it can be used as your indoor breakfast nook. Each new stay receives ENTIRE fresh laundered linen including the mattress pads, bedspreads and pillow protectors. Coffee is provided and in your fridge you will find coffee creamers. You can even grind beans for fresh coffee in your coffee pot. Snacks will vary but you will find some of those too. There is a small seperate freezer in the fridge for those drink ice cubes. This locked off apartment style room, deck and back yard is all yours to enjoy. This is a private stay where you can come and go as you please, chances are we wont even meet. Two other self contained airbnb units with their own decks and entrance ways, Mystic Apt #2 and #3, share your driveway which is a separate one to the Mystic Main house, 2 bed unit. There's plenty of room for parking, perfect for couples who want to travel alone or stay with friends. Guest access You can arrive anytime after the 3pm check in time that is convenient to you. That time is often earlier. This room has its own entrance, driveway, deck, outdoor table and chairs, there are deck stairs to gain entry. It is a self contained unit with access to an outdoor fire pit. It has air con for the summer and and an electric log fire for those cooler nights. There are deck stairs to get into this unit. Other things to note There are deck stairs to gain access to this room so you will need to be physically able. Available to be placed in your room is a rice cooker, George Forman grill, single electric burner, magic bullet, bagel/Englishmuffin sandwich maker. Just ask. Outdoor smoking only please.
