This penthouse apartment is located on the fifth floor, giving this light apartment a unique, unbelievable breathtaking view over Amsterdam. You will have your own front door, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and bedroom with a nice queen sized bed! This penthouse apartment is very close to everything that Amsterdam has to offer, 2 minutes on foot from Rai Convention Centre. All main tourist attractions are nearby. The space The apartment is situated on the fifth floor and recently renovated, making it a quiet, lovely retreat in a busy city. You'll have your own front door, living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a very nice, luxurious box spring, queen size bed and a nice place to put your cloths. The ensuite bathroom, has a big bath, rain shower, toilet and sink. Towels are supplied as well as the bedlinen. The dining area is nice and has a large dining table with 4 comfortable designer chairs. High speed WiFi available for free (450 Mbps). Guest access You have access to the whole apartment. You'll have it completely for yourself. Other things to note Some things to know before hand; Amsterdam is a very old city with a lot of old buildings. The building is more than 100 years old and like 99% of the buildings in Amsterdam it has no elevator. Please make sure you don’t disturb our neighbours by making too much noise in the stairway and in the apartment itself. Also; - No drugs allowed inside the house, - Not allowed to bring anybody with you to the apartment besides the people who booked the place. - No smoking, an extra cleaning fee of €350,- will be charged otherwise, So, please don’t trash the place, don’t smoke inside or be loud at night. Other than that enjoy as it is your own apartment. Not complying to these rules might result in an immediate eviction from the premises. Police might be involved in such cases. If you booked the apartment for 2 persons but still need the sofa bed (because you two don't want to sleep in the same bed), we have to charge €30 extra to provide additional bed linen and prepare the sofa bed.
