Converted Barn House

Historical Converted Barn House. The main floor's front French doors lead out to your own private patio and swimming pool. The barn is situated in our farm behind the main farm house. Perfect for guests that love a rustic stay. Our property is located on North Salem's idyllic Keeler Lane. Walking distance to a 1000 acre Park and Conservation Land. The space Private antique outdoor shower and a private 100 year old outdoor bathtub. There are two underground stone fire pits for bonfires. One is located right by the pool, the other one is located up the mountain in our property. A short hike is required in order to arrive at it :) Other things to note Photo shoots are ABSOLUTELY prohibited without written consent from the Host. We pride ourselves on providing absolute privacy to our guests and to our neighbors, kindly respect. 2 night minimum between Memorial Day and Labor Day. 2 Night week-end minimum year round. BUT if only one night is available, the 2 night minimum does not apply. Exceptions made for special circumstances :) Please NOTE: Unlike most Airbnb host, we do not charge a cleaning fee.* We just kindly ask to leave the Barn as neat and tidy as possible. *A cleaning fee of $120 is applied for stays of 7 days and over. Also kindly remember that if you wish to enjoy the fireplace and/or the fire pits, wood is available at most local markets and petrol stations. Also kindly remember that if you wish to use the Webber, charcoal is also available at most markets as well. Please keep windows and doors shut when the heat is on. Please :) We are super green :) There will be an additional fee for leaving windows and doors open while the heat is on :( Kindly keep farm gates closed at all time. Our sweet pet pig Sir Francis Bacon roams about the farm all day.
