This striking little grey house is perched between backyards with your own entrance right off a quiet neighborhood street. The space inside is open and airy, with cement floors downstairs and dark Tennessee walnut hardwood upstairs. If you’d like, utilize the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, the comfortable & stylish sofa couch, and every amenity necessary for a relaxing getaway in the heart of NE Portland. Downstairs provides sitting room, a gorgeous half bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen should you choose to cook. Enjoy the bottle of wine in the fridge – I made it at the winery where I work. Upstairs feels like a charming tree house. The old mimosa tree wraps around almost the entirety of the bedroom, and the skylights capture natural light. The bed itself is new & comfy, the closets offer generous storage space, and the windows are large and open up easily to fresh air outside.
