Close to all things Las Vegas has to offer from minutes to the airport, to the world famous strip, and of course world class shopping just a stroll away. We’re right around the corner from ‘Chinatown’ and just a straight shot to our favorite, the ICONIC Bellagio Fountains & Conservatory-Botanical Gardens and of course the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Our cottage-charm HOME is walk-able to many grocery stores, pharmacies, 24-hour dining restaurants & many fast food chains. Located in safe & quite family oriented cul-de-sac neighborhood with plenty of parking available. Guests can park on driveway, fits 2 vehicles side by side or parallel to sidewalk in front of the home. 3.3 miles short Uber ride to the World Famous Las Vegas Strip! Las Vegas, fondly referred to as the “Entertainment Capital of the World,” is a city that has much more to offer than its world-class casinos, vibrant nightlife, and entertainment options. Located in the heart of Nevada, this sprawling metropolis is known for its unique character, stunning natural beauty, including sights like the Hoover Dam & Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and a myriad of outdoor activities. We have ZERO DRUG TOLERANCE at our home. If guests are suspected of carrying or use, authorities will be engaged and guests must immediately vacate the property, no refunds. FYI We do have surveillance all around the outside of our home. We are not here to violate privacy, but this is our family home and want to ensure the integrity of our home and protection of our guests. One of our favorite places is the iconic Bellagio Dancing Fountains plus Conservatory & Botanical Gardens that change every season. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. Weddings, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other types of special events are not allowed. Reminder: Checkout is 11am sharp. We are a popular location with back-to-back bookings, our cleaners arrive on the day of check-out no later than 11AM. But please let us know if you need to work around our check-in and out times and we will work with you as best as we can. This includes cigarettes and both recreational and medicinal marijuana. Smoking and/or vaping is okay outside of the home. There’s an ashtray provided outside under our covered patio with comfortable chairs for your convenience. Any violation and you will be asked to leave without refund. And if odor, stains, or damages are found as a result, a $500 dollar charge will be accessed. Please no shoes in the home. No burning of any kind of candles. You have full access to our fridge and from time to time, may have items left behind from previous guests that we may leave for future use. We try our best to ensure that it is not expired or leave items that we wouldn’t use ourselves, but take no responsibility for anything used that was left in the fridge. If there is a maintenance issue, please contact us immediately and let us know so we can take care of it as soon as possible. We do have surveillance around the outside exterior of our home. If we find that cameras have been shut off to hide any of the following, we will charge a fee of $500 dollars and reserve the right to enter the home without any or no notice. We are not here to violate privacy, but because this is our home and want to ensure the integrity of our home and protection and safety of all our guests. No parties or events. We have a community noise ordinance and also have surveillance on the outside of our home. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. If there are reports of excessive noise and complaints from neighbors or through the authorities, we will have to have guests vacate the property immediately. No refunds will be made available. Owners live here year-round so no parties allowed. Any violation and you will be asked to leave without refund. No additional guests outside of the amount listed during the initial booking. Our maximum reservation is for the price per night is a party of 5 (sorry, this includes any and all children or pay additional costs per extra guest. For we have to supply extra towels, blankets and sheets plus extra toiletries.) There are absolutely no animals allowed on property. Any violation and you will be asked to leave without refund. No pets (unless approved). We are in strict compliance with ADA and FHA, so please ask if there is a need and make sure you have the proper paper work. And lastly, we have ZERO DRUG TOLERANCE at our home. If guests are suspected of carrying or use, authorities will be engaged and guests must immediately vacate the property, no refunds.
